From what I can see Richard Murray is taking a back seat and Chappel and Waggot are running the show now.
How long before Murray is gone altogether?
While we need to support the new regime I find it a little bit worrying that two rather inexperienced guys will be working alongside a manager that has to get it right next season because make no bones about it that will be the season which will tell us where our long term future lies.

I'm sure he's a top bloke, and very competent... But any aspect of change within our structure scares me. It's nothing against him, it's just the idea that he's going to be totally in charge of all our budgeting when he wasn't before. I immediately get visions of what happened when we changed managers... Then names like Mark Hulyer, Mark Goldberg and Peter Ridsdale start flying round my head. Let's hope he's not one of those
