I heard that he almost dropped another clanger and tried to make Llera a scapegoat. If I was Miguel I'd have to get hold of the fella after the game and tell him a few home truths which include Elliot thinking that he is better than he really is having in my opinion cost us games in the past few weeks.
Elliot has a very short memory, Colchester away springs to mind when Llera flicked a header back to him only for Elliot to be yards off his line and the rest is history.

Elliott dropped a smple cross in his own 6 yard box..then later when he failed to come out and take control blamed Llera
I think if we go up......Elliott is not championship standard we have a keeper problem...

I took that situation differently. Llera missed the header with their number 10 & the ball took an amazing high bounce, thus giving Llera prime position to take control of the head. The defender and attacker were running towards goal & Elliot was coming out. With the players entering the box, my thoughts are that Llera should have taken control. BUT.....i did have a shout at the point towards the players, but not towards Elliot, and not towards Llera...it was towards our skipper Bailey. He did nothing to difuse that situation. he should have gone in their...sorted out the issue & made it clear there was more important things to focus on. He didnt show as a Captain & the discussion carried for another couple of mins.
