I have been saying this about Mooney for a while now he does come too deep, I believe there was an instance of this tonight when Jackson won a header and put it across the box and our two shit house strikers were not even inside it.
We dodn't need a commentator at our matches we all know what's going to happen, just look at the free kicks what happens ? Straight into the wall.

To be fair to Bailey i think he runs himself ragged out there one minute he is clearing a attack them up front then on the left then on the right.
Maybe if others bucked there ideas up he would not look so bad

The incident you described Reams typifies our strikers. In fact Mooney was in the box, but just stared stupified when Jackson bust a gut to get a quality header in. Any striker with some predatory instinct would have gambled that he might get there. I'm afraid that you have been right about our strikers all along, much as it pains me to admit it. We need to give McKenzie a go but with an attacking 5 man midfield, as we did at the beginning of the season. The game yesterday was crying out for Shelvey in that role rather than Mooney dithering on the ball in midfield.

i've no problem with trying Shelvey in the hole again, but he has to stay there. Last time he played there he was popping up at left back, then up front - almost everywhere except for behind Burton.

I take no satisfaction from being right about our strikers mstoneaddick none at all but the truth is that they are dire absolute garbage an I just cannot see where the goals are going to come from unless somebody else comes in, im almost hoping that Burton is crocked long term as it will force the issue surely?
This is one area that PP has to take the blame because he brought three of them in, what he saw in them I just don't know and if they are the best Phil Chapple can do then he may aswell look for another job too.
