Views on team selection, tactics, formation and everything else here please.
I think we should go there playing a 4-4-2 and be positive, I do not want to read PP say after the game it's a good point when all three are there for the taking, Wycombe and Walsal have won there in recent weeks and if they can so can we.
If we have to play deep and defend let's get our noses in front and defend a lead rather than defend a stalemate.
My team is.
Elliot
Richardson Dailly Sodje Basey
Sam Racon Semedo Bailey
Burton McKenzie.
COME ON YOU REDS!!

I agree that we have to go to win, but feel that we look more solid and strangely attack better with a 4-5-1, or 4-3-3 if you want to put spin on it. Allows us to play a more attacking midfield as I reckon Semedo and Racon would fall in to that old trap of falling too deep. I would bring in Shelvey behind Burton or even McKenzie to give us some pace in the middle.

Might just go with 1 up front tonight but I would like to see Burton and McKenzie on Saturday.

Ok with the above but think speed will be our weapon tonight with Parky fielding a 4-3-3 formation with Sam and Wagstaff on the wings, Bailey central mid field in between Racon and Samedo with just one of Burton, Sodje, Mooney or McKenzie playing the out and out striker role.

I would like to see Sam run his marker ragged for 70 minutes then throw Waggstaff on to finish him off, that way openings will appear all over the shop. Waggy is an impact player not a 90 minute one, not yet anyway.

You've got what you asked for Reams, apart from Sodje instead of McKenzie.
Not that i'm complaining, but he's gone from starting Shelvey to not having him in the squad. Is he injured, or is it just another radical overhaul from PP? Sooner or later he needs to re-find his consistency with the team selection.

Just as well we put some points on the board before Christmas, on this form we would be relegated!
