Or, put another way, we have been unbeaten in 90% of our games.

Or even won only 50% of them.

Or only lost 10%.
Anyway, what's your point exactly? You look at all the divisions and only the top three or four clubs in each division have won 50% or more of their games. We've won 50% and are third, so that's about right statistically, isn't it?

Can't believe you are being so rose tinted offit, MY POINT is we are going to need 87 points at least this year to go up automativcally which means we are going to have to win 10 or 11 of our last 16 games which im sure that even you can accept is virtually impossible.
Parkinson must know it too except all I fucking read about these days is how happy he is with a point. If he gets us the wins we need I'll shake his hand but I doubt it some how we just aint good enough infact we'll be hard pushed to reach the playoffs too,as there are at least 6 teams better than us in this league, 2 or 3 by a street.

Well isn't it statistically correct then? What's "rose-tinted" about it?
If we are to accept what you keep telling us, that the players aren't good enough and neither is the manager, then where we are at the moment is actually quite good, surely? As I said before, you can't moan that the players and manager aren't good enough AND THEN moan that we aren't sweeping all before us - you just can't have it both ways, so which is it?
And why do you say there are "at least 6 teams better than us in this league"? How exactly do you work that out?
Or perhaps you just have your "sh*t-tinted" specs on again?

offit I don't know why you bother.
Some people don't want to listen to an opinion which doesnt include the world falling apart, everyone being better than us, and everything that anybody does in a Charlton related capacity being wrong or shit.

Stats can be used in various ways the stat we should look at is the table. We should and I think we will make the play offs if we don't then its a massive fail AGAIN.

Stats stats and more stats mean nothing OK we are still up there but the amount of drawen games against a lot of weak teams is not good enough
The gap above us is getting wider and the gap below is closing, its going to be a tuff run in this will see who the men and boys really are.

:'(Agreed. So far we're still third despite not having played very well recently. We could lose every game and be in relegation trouble at the end of the season, but it's unlikely. And in my opinion it's equally unlikely we'll go on an amazing winning run to win the league... But - so far - we're at least in with a chance, which is fine with me as long as the performances and results improve over the next few matches. At the start of the season, I would have settled for 3rd at this stage, because I didn't want to be top before May and have every other club raising their game to shoot us down. But I'm not TOTALLY blind to reality and accept that there has to be a BIG improvement quickly otherwise heads could roll. Again!
