what game did you really love charlton to the extreme and what game did you loathe them to the extreme. playoffs final at wembley agaisnt the mackems, the joy and love for my charlton that day was amazing, and i dont think i ever loathed them anymore than when they cocked up a two goal lead at the den to draw 2-2,still hurts now and im still angry

The 3-3 with ManU with John Robinson getting the equaliser and the atmosphere that day. Would have said the 4-2 over Chelsea, but it was the performance of Parker that day that ultimately led to his leaving. Worst Colchester at home when Lisbie stuck 2 past us. It had been a great day in that daughters of my mate and I had bought us the corporate package for Christmas. I have to admit the food, service and everything were top notch, but the team, apart from oddly Jerome Thomas was total crap.

a few stick in my mind - obviously promotion, relegating Palace, the 4-2 over Chelsea and also the relegation game against Spurs where, even though we were behind and going down, everyone stood and sang for the last ten minutes.
My low point was losing to Wycombe in the Carling Cup when old Uncle Les was in charge. That remains the worst performance i've ever seen from us.

Sorry but peter shirtliff (I resisted the old gag play on his name) was the greatest coz we had no ground no real hope and looked like gonners until the tyke notched two very late specials. Worse?? Had to be last game at the valley now that was real desolation due to utter frustrationof not having any control over the situation. Two relegations to tier 3 doesn't seem so bad in contrast!!!
