Good, he's right. They're not uncatchable - I refuse to believe they're gonna go the whole season without having a sticky patch (as we have had, but we haven't lost the last three when we could have done). No-one should question his sentiment there, but it's up to us to make sure that WE'RE the team behind them when they do slip up.

lets face it...people on here are moaning about the 3 points should have been 9 points but when you take the context of each game into account then the 3 points are actually an excellent return
Millwall were 2-0 up and anyone at the time of the game would have taken a point. Yes there was a late goal and they had 10 men but, as we saw on saturday, this can be particularly difficult to play against on occassions, and Millwall vs CAFC would be one of them for a millwall player.
Swindon.....9 men. We shouldnt have been anywhere near them! They were top 7 when we played them and on a good run. Yet we played 70 mins with 10 men ( longer than Millwall did ) and 50 mins of that with only 9 men. Players were shattered when they left the pitch. Any kind of result was a great performance, made all the better it being the last kick of the game to gain a draw
brentford, on a good run, but after saturday, the changes enforced and the amount of recovery time permissable made it that , in my mind, any result apart from a defeat would be good. and thats what we got. Yes, 3 games on paper coming into the Millwall game should have been 9 points, 7 at least; yet with the happenings that took place, 3 points means that we didnt lose and go into the new year in a good position. Recvoery can take place this weekend with a clear saturday and that means we can settle ourselves back for, hopefully, a great 5 months!
Also, as a football fan, the millwall and swindon games were absolutely great and why I go to watch football...excitement, controversy, goals.

Stop being so "rose-tinted" Scholesy. I've said before, everything is shite and we are only in second - a totally false position - by sheer luck. We have been well and truly rumbled now by the likes of Brentford - and I should know because I only missed about five minutes of the radio commentary - and it's only a matter of time before we get relegated. You mark my words.
