I just would like to know why the organizations that have been interested in us suddenly pull out which seems to be in the last minute. Zabeel for the start I dont buy because of the economic climate.

I do buy it with Zabeel. There was ( and still is to some extent) a lot of uncertainty at the time as much, or more in Dubai as here. Talking to a client in Dubai the other day. Property has fallen 50% in value, many of the big projects e.g. the Palm have halted building. They don't have big oil reserves. I don't hold with the conspiracy theories here, I just think we were unlucky with the timing.

See front page of FT today. Dubai is in trouble, I wouldn't expect any money coming in from that source.

Dubai now named 6 riskiest economy and many companies have been downgraded by Moodys & S&P recently. Maybe the bubble has burst over there?
