Agree..the worst player i have seen but the question as to be asked why was he brought on...we were coasting 2-0 at home should have gone positive with Racon or Wagstff coming on Semedo to right back..
Have to say Shelvey was not much better..

He got better as it went on, dont forget he has had no pre season and not done any training till he came to us. Fulham will not release his papers so a proper trainging plan cannot be made for him.

Dailly seemed to be laying into Basey about the equaliser. But I agree about Omozusi, positional play and distribution poor

but he did improve form a shakey start. He in fact got Dailly out of trouble twice in the 2nd half very well. Also on the point made about him actually coming. Its a no brainer. we're 2-0 up and we have a right back on the bench. He comes on.....in any team in that position, at that stage of the game, any manager would do the same.
different options would apply if we were losing 2-0 or it was 5 mins from the end and we were chasing the game by the odd goal

I think it is fair to say that he didn't have the same kind of playing style as Youga (link up play with Sam up the wings) but he got the message nearer the end of the match

Agree FS, if you're not prepared to play him don't put him on the bench. He did deal with that small tricky winger of theirs well a couple of times in the 2nd half. Personally I would have been interested to see how a combination of Sam and Waggy on the right would have worked.

The question is, is he better than Moo2?

Mstone......Sam & Waggy on the same wing? Who would be the defensive player?

I reckon Sam could have done that job reasonably effectively. It's quite common for wingers even in the Prem to move to full back when needed eg Damien Duff. They would have pace and are now expected to do defensive duties in the same way that full backs act as wingers. They're fairly interchangeable nowadays.
