Understand LUFC had at least 3 out injured including scot international snodgrass and lost further players to injury yesterday including the stylish Becchio. Even so after introducing two forwards and a midfielder as subs they still had Experienced players left unused on their bench including ex prem and England U21 David Prutton and Valley favourite ( ) Tresor Kandol. So on a day when we had two unavailable due to injury in Samedo and Sinclair who did we have on ours??? Apart from Big Mig and Izale willing but untried kids! So there you have debt free after administration LUFC have a huge advantage over the rest of us which brings nicely in to context the quality of our displays this season Tuesday excepted and the need to introduce say an extra wide midfielder utility defender and striker as we are not going to remain this lucky with injuries all season long. For all that I suspect that the other 22 teams in the division will point out the size of their wage bill compared to ours. Anywaystill good result/performance yesterday and to my mind Parky gaining even more respect ascseason progresses.

Spot on Jonkool I have been saying this for a while now we definitely need new faces.
Yesterday apart I think that just that extra bit of quality would have turned the draws against Southampton and Norwich into wins, as for Colchester that geezer Odejayi took us apart, it's the same Odejayi that had struggled at Barnsley in the past two seasons so my question is this why did we not sign him ourselves as pasrt of the Gray deal?
We have been lucky so far with injuries but it won't last forever, I think PP has got it wrong over his loan opinions, we are the only club outside the top ten not to have a loan player on our books.
Personally I don't like them but if needs be then it's the way to go and a winger or two and a striker are absolutely must for us at the moment, Wagstaff will run all day for you but he's not good enough at going past defenders he's too easily, Basey has not got it for me and Tuna is never ready.
Sam is only getting 60 minutes at the moment and we need 90 minute players so come on PP get a couple signed up before it causes further problems.

Yep no disagreement with that but I feel that again phil's hands are tied by our board as a result of the financial restrictions. Do expect kandol to move down on a season long loan as parky seems to like him and Davey certainly doesn't. But with injuries at Elland toad thois maybe delayed.
Tuna waggy Holden(!!!) and even mambo should be covered in paint on Tuesday so a chance to see how they measure up. Understand mckenzie is unfit which us a prob as he is potentially a good addition as HD can play both up front and out wide. But is he another sicknote??
So Tuesday could be educational / worrying if u see wot I mean guv!

They brought on some massive lump that even the Leeds fans laugh at rather than Kandol, which I couldn't understand. I would have him back.

30,000 crowds probably help fund a larger squad as well!

Yes that and no debts sounds like a winning combination.
