St Mirren boss Jack Ross has emerged as a possible candidate to take charge at Charlton.
Harry Kewell remains the favourite to replace Karl Robinson, who resigned last week after it emerged that the Australian consortium set to buy the club had identified the Crawley Town manager as their preferred choice but other names are in the frame.
Lee Bowyer is in interim charge and it is understood Ross would be interested in the role, having instigated a remarkable revival north of the border.

I read this too on rhe newswires and this is insanity... if this is the thinking of our new owners elect, then they havent got a clue about football and how competitive the league structure is.... you might as well go an hire a manager from the lower Belguim Leagues.... now there's an idea

I still can't get excited about the possibility of Harry Kewell- top player as he was, he's managing Crawley Town and has hardly any experience- nothing to him other than being an Aussie!

CARD want a new owner, but the new owners could easily turn out to be the type that you've described... their first critical decision will be around the Manager, and then how much investment is available, then we'll know for sure
