Actually I would like to retract my joe garner statement, but if we get him we need a strong goal scoring target man in a gestede mould

Jordan Rhodes would be a good signing.

Juts looked him up on Wikipedia. Could be decent alongside Watt and/or Vetokele, or both together in later stages of games.

Jordan Rhodes would be a good signing. We'd have to sell Church to accommodate him though

Have to keep him, needs another season imo. He looked the bollocks when he first signed. His got the whole summer to get fit now. If we can get him back to his best he will be quality, if not then let him go.

Yes hes to slow doesnt tackle and has been off form since his injury I did here from quite a reliable source that Leige want him at around the 5m pound mark.Me personally I would bring In one of the best strikers In league two In Joe Garner at Preston if they fail to go up what about getting Peter Crouch for a year worth a gamble

QPR set to or have offered £4m according to some sources. I have heard varying rumours from our side of the fence, one was that there is no substance in it and another says he could be set to leave in the next few weeks.
He had a good start with us but his injury played a big part in his loss of effectiveness. Would I be sorry to see him go?....Not if an even better striker comes in to replace him.

I'm sure Ketts posted that he spoke with Igor at the POTY bash and he said he wouldn't be leaving...cash is still King, though...

The first I saw of this was one of those rumour accounts on Twitter that have around 100 followers. Whether the whole rumour has spread from this I don't know. If so I'm brushing it aside as nothing. I don't think they've ever got anything right. How reliable is the one saying he is leaving? There could be substance to it if actual sources are commenting. As to whether I'd want to keep him or not, I'm virtually unchanged from my comments earlier in the thread, if fit he's a great player to have, but if not we might as well have 10 men. Knowing our luck he'll come good again the second he signs a contract for them. Another thing is, within this network reinvestment is not guaranteed, as SL fans have found out, and I dread to see us let him go and replace him with a Roger Johnson style signing.

Really hope he stays. Even with the injury the partnership with Watt had great potential and when he is fully fit it could be a leading partnership in this league.

Leave The Addicks, a side on the up, why would anyone be going to QPR after the clearout of high earners can only see a one way ticket through the trap door to L1 for them, the same as Wigan who had high hopes with the signing among others of AD and short bookies odds to jump straight back after relegation, we know where they will be playing their football next season, along with the scum, in L1.

Keep him, he's gonna be a star next season. I don't think that's clear? He's either going to capture his 2014 form or not. It would have to be a sizable fee to make sense because we paid c€3m just 12 months ago. I'd be prepared for big money transfers this summer. As long as our squad improves by end July then all good.

We need to focus on purchases from Europe. If we bought Igor now, rather than last year we would of saved roughly 223k due to the stronger pound now.

Igor was bought for The Championship and was considered our big signing along with Gudmundssen.
If fit and apparently he is, then he is a better quality striker than anyone who is likely to be signed by us in the window. Could be our Wright-Phillips for the promotion push. We don't have a Yann but we have creativity elsewhere.
Wouldn't do his value any harm either if he comes and bangs some goals in, so what is there to lose?

If a new owners comes in I would imagine all of our loan players will be recalled?
Igor could give us a new lease of life up front getting onto crosses from Mavididi and Marshall.

None of us have a clue as to whether RD will agree an acceptable price with potential purchasers! It will be what it will be boys and girls
