What would a failed Conference South manager bring to a Championship club?

I love steve brown charlton through and through, he once said that if you cut him down the middle he will have red and White running through him. I remember the prem match at villa park when he played in 3 different positions including in goal, making a couple of good saves, showing his versatility. And we won.
This all being said, he's welcome at the valley anytime but as a visitor and fan, nothing more.

I'm not banging the drum to get him back to the club but I have one single memory above all when I think of him......the tackle at Wembley to setup Sir Clive's hat-trick goal. www.youtube.com/watch?v=X5C4PEFIyW43mins 10 into the video

Big money being invested into Ebbsfleet and they want success quickly as possible. Shame for Brownie but every owner is impatient.
