A bloke I work with is a Derby fan and asked me what was the score when Charlton played Derby at the Valley on 18 January 1969! He was at the game and is sure the score was 2-0 but he can't remember if it was Charlton or Derby that won!! Bonus points if you can tell me the scorers.

Agree with that. I was there too and Ray Treacy's goal was a screamer from about 30 yards. The match is on the Centenary DVD.

I think Tees' goal is also on the Centenary DVD. This was only my second visit to the Valley. The attendance was over 30,000 and at the time Derby were top and we were third or fourth I think.
