I don’t know if it’s the couple of screaming orgasam that I have just had but Birmingham look like they have spent millions on their squad whilst we look like a side like last season that is just getting by. Probably because 9 of our starters are last season's players. |

I know it's early days into the season and we've made a few changes tonight but at present we don't look like a top 6 side hopefully we add some quality before the window closes can't rely on the likes of Campbell and Kanu all season we really do look toothless up top. I have been banging on and on about this…..we brought in some decent recruits and stopped…..our competition haven’t stopped bringing in decent recruits…..This is Birminghams getting players fitter team……and they are playing through us at will at times…..They have made a bit of a mockery out of our press tonight….. Hoping this is wake up call to the owners and SLT…… |

Can anyone tell me why we have a high press in their half but no press in our own when an opposing player is running 10 yards with the ball before picking his spot? Where are the hordes of defensive midfielders we have in the squad? You can’t do both Reams. Unfortunately if you don’t press Birmingham high up the pitch and sit with a low block they will pop the ball about for 45 minutes and take the piss out of you. We have pressed relatively well and forced them into a handful of mistakes, but as they have the quality they will beat the press from time to time just like they did for their goal. Of course someone could have got out quicker maybe, I haven’t seen it back. But ultimately the goal comes from their class on the ball |

Tonight shows how weak the squad is. Campbell, Anderson and Kanu are technically not good enough. We need to exercise the loan market as there is no quality in the attacking half of the pitch. And who gave Campbell the job of taking penalties? I thought May would come on and take the penalty. Must get my tongue out of my cheek. |

I do feel bad criticising the academy players but you can on what we've seen last season too. Totally fine of course if your happy with mid table.

Anderson and Kanu really shouldn’t be anywhere near a starting lineup for us. Both need league two loans. Where’s Terry Taylor gone ? Don’t get me started on Campbell . Why is he taking a penalty , he has no composure. The kids put a couple of pounds of muscle on and people are going on about him being a golden boot winner this year ffs Is Anderson playing? 🤔 Can’t keep picking someone because they run about , technical ability needs to come into play eventually 🤦🏻♂️ |
