Seems odd that we are spending decent wedge on Duchatelet's property when it could be better spent on improving the squad even further.

Seems odd that we are spending decent wedge on Duchatelet's property when it could be better spent on improving the squad even further. It is the responsibility of the lessee to maintain and upkeep the rented property, or the lesser can carry out repairs and charge the lessee. Also if the facilities are A1 it might encourage better quality players to sign. |

To be fair it looks like they have only put some pictures/photos up to make it look more like Charlton. Couple of grand, maybe. It looks like the rest has been spent on things that will improve the squad and it's performance. |

Once again big well done to the new owners .. they said when they joined it’s about getting the structure of the pitch correct then it will improve what’s happening on the pitch … another two finger to the moaners out there ….

Saw we lost a couple of u18s to Soton and Norwich respectively. Hard to do but important we keep pre 1st teamers as we lost Beadle and Sarmiento who will be top players |

Any chance we could change the title of this thread? The Tweet says 'It's been a summer of change at Sparrows Lane' yet the thread says 'It been summer off changed at Sparrows Lane'. I'm sure it's just a typo but it looks a little weird.
