Do you remember that thing on YouTube the other week, the board meeting thing?
Talking about their grand plans and throwing words like Elite about hahahahaha Deluded is an understatement, beyond parody.
I've got to stop lying to myself too,we're toilet and it's not even an opinion anymore it's fact.

The replacement needs to be a manager and not a head coach and Scott also needs to go or take a back seat.

Must have someone lined up pearcey not in interim. I think a normal club would do this, but remember we aren’t a normal club. I have no confidence that Scott and his merry band of hangers on have lined up a replacement as yet, I believe they were more likely hoping Appleton would turn it around and save them the embarrassment of having to admit they have fucked up again.

Whilst it is usually never nice to see someone lose their job, I can safely say that on this occasion...good riddance!

Hope Rodwell and co, stick to their decision this time and don't bottle it like a bunch of amateurs like they did last Saturday night.
Between the owners, Andy Scott and Appleton, they have managed to create a crisis club with 6 months.
Too many people at board level, management level and playing level who should not be in a job they are not qualified to do.

Well that brightens things - despite the result. Not really , a man has lost his job because the management team above him failed to provide him with the tools to do his job , FACT Well it brightens things for me. And he was useless FACT.

Have a feeling if they had stuck to the plan on Saturday and not given him tonight's game we would have got something out of it! Know what you mean, but we are where we are. What matters now is that they have candidates lined up immediately who can get a grip of tactics, performance, attitude and confidence. Was there tonight and saw some decent performances from some of our lot. No point in going into detail, just fingers crossed that the SMT can land the right man for the job.

Tonight also marks the death of your type of football / support. Slowly slowly catchy monkey, let’s see where are in, Xg, Sqwarka …..it’s failed. The only way you EVER get out of this league is with a well financed manager coaching a well financed squad of players. To use one of your own favourite phrases from around 10 years ago , “the rest is all background noise” RIP Stattos 🙏

I’d take Bows back the team will fight guaranteed Things weren’t going to plan in his final season but he was having to deal with the crowned prince of fuckwittery in the shape of Shitegaard. I think he could do a decent job given the correct backing. I doubt he will come back though.

I just can’t see someone like Nathan Jones coming in, to put it simply, he will command decent money and we are trying to do everything on the cheap. I don’t expect this to change but I would love to be proven wrong on this.

First name I mentioned on Saturday night as my personal choice. Duff and Eustace were given to me as contenders. Outstanding body of work at Luton, playing style and recruitment.IF he was gettable and allowed to do that sort of work,I'd be happy to see if he could emulate that with us.
