Need more experience than Ramsey, back up at best at the moment. He's not backup to Watson. He's a good player. 50 games in league 2 doesn't fill me with confidence, hope I'm wrong. I think we need at least upper League 1 standard not league 2, we've got a relegation fight on our hands. |

I am quietly sitting here reading posts thinking I must be the only one that thinks we are in serious trouble
Even posters that I really rate are saying we have far too much to do down, I bet the MK Dons forum said the same this time last year
I wrote on the will we gone down thread no because I thought we would bring in the quality at the end of the window to keep us up but sadly they both players went north to Bolton a club light years away from us in proffessionalism and recruitment
We pissed about holding on to MA when every one and their mothers could tell we should have got rid much earlier, this indecisiveness has meant we are managerless at a key time of the season and decent players are not going to join a rudderless ship as Cawley pointed out quite obviously
As a team we have simply collapsed since November, we ship two to three goals a game and now we are pinning hour hopes of defensive solidity on Tyrell Thomas a player most were happy to see let go not so long ago
We have a million midfield players and not a creative number 10 worthy of the shirt unless we move Alfie there which leaves just one fit senior centre forward
Wingbacks wise we have zero attacking quality and no crossing ability
We have multi million owners now coming over and overseeing the managerial post I would have thought because the last one was such a fuck up
We have money to spend but players chose other clubs because we are simply a shambles of a club with a top six budget sitting just above relegation
I could go on and on but I think I need to check out mentally for a while as this club I love is doing my brain in

Wouldn't be averse to Kayne Ramsay if he signs (based on his stats, ratings, etc). Luke Bolton had been my preference for RWB but obviously he signed for Wrexham yesterday.
Still really need a number 10. With Collins now gone to Bolton, I'm hoping that Joe Powell is in our sights.
Not only a great experienced option at this level, but he was at West Ham with Conor Coventry. Indeed, they made their first team debuts in the same game (an 8-0 league cup win) so can hopefully hit the ground running a bit re a midfield partnership?

You’re definitely not the only one Aucks. Whilst I think we have signed some good players and some with a view for the future, I’m baffled we haven’t got a 10 rumoured to be joining. Losing the creativity of Fraser and CBT with no replacement is worrying when we’ve not created much with them!
We’ve made plenty of signings in defence. We need to get them working and I’m hopeful we will. They seem good signings.
The odd thing is the amount of midfielders we have. I get that we might’ve assumed Coventry wasn’t an option so we got others in, but even so. With Taylor, McGrandles and Pan coming back. We were already going to be quite loaded in the centre of midfield. I find it odd we have 4 CMs on loan.
We have zero flexibility in the squad. 1 winger who isn’t good enough yet. So we cant switch up formations much at all.
We have to hope the likes of Pan, Aneke (for the few games he will give us), etc come back on fire and we start clicking by playing through the middle more.
Ladapo I think will come good but he’s very unfit atm. Same with few of the others tbh.
If I were in the SMT I would be very worried.

It’s a member or members of the SMT who have got us in this shit via poor managerial decisions and an unbalanced squad via poor recruitment If they are worries it’s of their own making |

As I said I don't think he's what we need for a relegation battle, totally untried as this level. We have made to many last day desperate signings over the years, we need signings that are going to fight to get us out of trouble. I don't think he is what we need at the moment, if he does sign of course I hope he's a huge success, he needs to be as we are certainly in trouble. By the way Watson's not up to it and never will be. |

We have Lucas Ness, Bolton sign Caleb Taylor.
We were in for both I can asure you of that but we lose out to a club in the top six. Tell's it's own story.
Alfie May might be the top scorer in L1 but he's well down my list in terms of ability comapred to some of the other top strikers..
