FYI only. I haven't got a clue what's going on, but I can clarify one thing.
As the majority shareholder in ESI, Panorama Magic (Nimer) has what are known as 'Drag-along rights'. This means that if Nimer wants to sell and the buyer wants total control, i.e. to own the entire company, then he can force Southall to sell too and at the same price. Southall has no choice in the matter. Selling is Nimer's decision and his alone. Southall can like it or lump it.
One thing puzzles me though. We've been told that a number of former directors have been pursuing a legal claim on the basis that the charges they held on the assets of both the Football Club and Holdings had been compromised by the separation of ownership of those two legal entities. Has that problem been resolved and if so how?

Been saying for months that ESI shares could easily change hands, just as Southall can be diluted with a new share issue.
It's a legal process and they have to give 28 days notice to existing shareholders to call an EGM which passes the resolutions
In terms of exit for Southall, hes going to have to hope we stay in the Championship given that relegation will kill CAFC enterprise value...
As before, we have a negative cashflow, so the only way CAFC can have a positive value is through proximity to the EPL.
