I read it as a change of ownership of ESI, but ESI still own the football club. So this could mean that only one of Southall and Nimer has stepped down, potentially leaving the club at the mercy of the other. I think I'm really dreading any further news!

It’s hard to know for sure what is going on at the moment.
Whether it is indeed a complete change of ownership, or whether it’s just some jiggery pokery at the top to try to satisfy the EFL, or maybe a move to completely remove MS from the equation.
Either way it’s still a circus until someone proves otherwise.

Funnier things Have happened my friend. I think he received a great deal of cash after the biz was sold to the Spivs and Paul has been quiet on the subject. But I feel that as our great club has been passed from one set of scheisters to another the likes of Ashley doesn’t appear to be quite such a nightmare but whoever it is I’m sure that all we really crave for is stability and the opportunity to build a sustainable future. Fingers and toes crossed ... survival must b3 our first and greatest challenge |

I'd rather have RM than any of the lot we have had for the last few years and the ones we have now. At least he is Charlton through and through and has given this club and me as a supporter probably the happiest years I have had supporting this club. |
