3 games for us to keep an eye on tonight. Huddersfield vs Cardiff Luton vs Sheffield Wednesday Stoke vs Preston What with both Barnsley and Wigan also being at home last night, we seem to be the odd one out, when it comes to the bottom 6 playing home or away, makes last night's result even more massive. if we had to take 1 win and 2 defeats then Luton being the win would be the ideal situation.... 😁

The results have gone really well for us tonight, something to celebrate.
I reckon we started to turn a corner last night towards Championship survival. There will still be a few flies in the ointment before the season ends but I’m more confident tonight than I was on Saturday evening that long before we go to Leeds in May all of us will be looking forward to another season in the second tier of English football.

....... and the good news continues to roll in..... I read on Twitter that Birmingham are up in front of the league again for flouting financial fair play again..... they could face a points deduction... They’re on 43 at the moment, ..... final decision will be taken later this month..... now that would make life interesting

Would any deduction be appealed so as to not impact this season total? It would be lovely if they were hit this season. -12 would do the trick

Does anyone know whether a club has ever been relegated as a direct result of a points deduction imposed during a season? A club that would have been relegated anyway or received the points deduction before the season began doesn’t ‘count’ in this context. PS I think there have been one or two (Middlesbrough’s most famously), but perhaps none where the points deduction and/or number of points deducted was discretionary.
