I’m not expecting much on the arrivals front in January , other than the left back that LB keeps mentioning.
Of far more concern to me , is the impacti on our promotion push, of losing any of our important players , either by loan recall ,or being sold .

Hackett-Fairchild has been offered a new contract. I think Reeves will be gone as well.

Would be harsh on Page, that said is he capable of getting through until the end of the season without another injury.

Add Dasilva and get back Page, Pratley, Ward and Cullen from injury and watch this run continue. Just watch the bookies odds tumble! We are already one of the favourites to make the play-offs but far from favourites to win them just now. But if we can play 3-5-2 with the likes of Dasilva then that will be a very sound propostion.

Tom Eves turned down new contract offer with the Gills and could leave for as little as 250,000 in Jan Rangers are fav to sign him but face competition from few championship clubs .
Good div one striker most likely would do very well in Scotland but championship not good enough

Hackett-Fairchild has been offered a new contract. I think Reeves will be gone as well. Clarke Reeves and Marshall will stay ... No why will they get rid of Reeves been one of our best players this season If they get any sort of offer in jan for ajose he will go but will be released in summer Hackett-Fairchild signed new deal he not going anywhere only on loan .. Phillips will be his decsion not the club, the club will keep him.... but it all depends what league we are in ...

The owner wants to lower the wage bill that is why they want Reeves off the wage bill. He is one of the highest earners. He hasn't been one of our best players, this season. He has spent a lot of time injured. If Bowyer wanted to keep him why hasn't he offered him a new contract along with Aribo, Fosu, Phillips etc. Lapslie and Hackett- Fairchild have been offered new contracts but as far as I know have not signed them yet. I can see Clarke being released, he is not the same player he was before the injury.

Good div one striker most likely would do very well in Scotland but championship not good enough He's a scouser so most likely end up in the North West at a Championship club. If you're right about the fee, I think it's minimal risk to a Championship club even if he warms the bench most Saturdays.

It might be contentious but we are a club on the up! And it's going to take fees to improve our squad, to improve our promotion odds.

Well, I for one hope he doesn't look the business on Saturday.

If they get him either Moult or Sean Maguire will leave. Moult will be a great signing and we will have three good strikers. Nex5 summer sees us lose huge amount of higher salaries Igor, BFG, Naby (he may be resigned on much lower wages) Reeves, Clarke, Ajose. IF we secure promotion we will need the budget saved to bring in better quality to progress in tier 2.

If LB is after another no.10 then I do fear for Billy Clarke's future at the club.
It's starting to look like he has lost something from his game during his long lay off.

Sadly I just don't see a way back for him Al, which is a big shame for us and Billy.
When it comes down to recovering from the type of injury he has, you need age on your side to help you return to something like the player you were before and I don't think that's going to happen.

It's a great shame since we opened last season so well with Clarke in the side. The management get to watch the squad in training four(?) days per week and we've had a change in formation and approach since Bow took over. Perhaps it takes some U23 games for Clarke to get back up to speed. The reality is that Bow is on a mission to finish with as many points as possible - and that implies some harsh decisions to be made.

Aston Villa are keen on a deal for Croatia goalkeeper Lovre Kalinic, three years after initially missing out on his signature, the Birmingham Mail reports. The 28-year-old Croatia international is a key target for Villa in the January transfer window as they look to try an sign a new goalkeeper. readastonvilla.com/2018/12/19/villa-chasing-lovre-kalinic-again/
