There's no one better or to be more precise no one cheaper who would take this team forward with next to no transfer budget, apart from Big Sam, maybe.

With all due respect to your post VV, maybe there isn't but there are a fair few out there who have better ability in improving players.
I think too many Charlton players have been left to rely on their track record this season, for example just because Andy Gray was the Championship's top scorer when he came to us doesn't mean to say that there were not elements of his game that could be improved upon.
Instead he was just thrown in to score goals in a totally different way to the one deployed at Burnley and that is why he has struggled.
