Providing I don't lose the commentary stream like I did during the Colchester game, I will be providing my usual updates.

We're having a case of the 'Man Uniteds' with this referee - I've been watching about 5 minutes and I've already seen him ignore two blatant fouls on Shelvey and Racon, but give Leeds two free kicks for nothing.

Great 50 yard run from Richardson, Shelvey with the diving header was just wide.

Great chance for Beckford, but couldn't reach the cross.

The website I'm watching the game on is about 5 seconds behind the Charlton Player commentary. It's great, I'm listening to the Charlton Player commentary, and can watch the action when it happens because I've already heard it!

Defending well, but created nothing at the other end apart from a Shelvey header, let's have a smash and grab, come on you reds!!!

Beckford looks really stressed now. We had a header on target, but it was straight at the keeper - couldn't see who headed the ball.
The conditions are atrocious, the wind is really strong towards the Leeds goal in this half. Disappointed we haven't had any long shots to try and take advantage in this half.

We've had a good spell of pressure. Spring just had a belting shot from 25 yards over the bar. Should have passed really, but worth a try.

We had a good first half - Leeds had the best of the forward play, but with the exception of Elliot dropping a high ball and Sodje smashing clear, we survived without any REAL scares. The turning point in the half was definately when Beccio was stretchered off - it wasn't the fault of any of our players, but he went down like a sack of sh*t. The Leeds players looked demoralised by his withdrawl from play, and we quickly gained the upper hand. The supply line to Beckford became non-existant, and his frustration was pretty clear to see on more than one occasion. A lot of their play must go through Beccio, because towards the end of the half our midfield began to be granted more and more space as Leeds fell back. Let's hope we keep this going in the second half. UP THE ADDICKS!!!

Ffs - has anyone else tried the link I posted above yet and started watching the game live? I'm trying to do you lot a favour! ON MY LIFE this is not a wind-up. I'll be watching the whole second half LIVE (minus 5-6 seconds) on: www.eplsite.com/channel5.htmlMiss it at your peril. Like I said, your antivirus may alert you, but I ignored it and I'm bloody pleased I did. If you get on there now, you'll see the half time stuff and - guess what? THE COMMENTARY'S IN ENGLISH!! GET IN!

Bailey was just blatantly fouled and the referee's ignored it again. He seems wiser to it in this half, but he's still missing stuff.

It's been all Charlton for the first 10 minutes of the second half, we seem to be totally in control. Leeds have had ONE break in that time, and they totally wasted it. We didn't look stretched.

It's STILL all Charlton. Leeds are closing us down really quickly to try and stop us, but we're still making decent progress down the wings with quick passing movements. Jonjo's swung a couple of corners in, but the strong wind is hampering any flighted passes. I can't emphasize enough just how on top of this game we are - but Leeds are dangerous on the break and we have yet to score. Playing very well though.

With only their second attack of the second half, Leeds just fashioned one of the best moves of the game - and certainly the best scoring chance. Showumni's powerful shot was pushed out brilliantly by Elliot.

Leeds substitution, Robinson on for Hughes.

Robinson could have scored with his first touch. He was put through, and Elliot came out but changed his mind. Richardson got a great tackle in to deny him. Worrying stuff now, we need to score a goal because Leeds are starting to play their way back into the game.

Brilliant 25 yarder from Shelvey pushed out by the keeper, and Burton's follow-up was blocked again by their no. 1. It's much more open now, and either team could score. I'd say we look the more composed though, Leeds keep wasting their chances stupidly.
Charlton substitution: McLeod for Shelvey.

Leeds substitution: Grella on, I couldn't see who went off. Argh! McLeod just wriggled his way in brilliantly but had the ball nicked off his foot as he went to shoot! Argh! McLeod just went through again, but he was too wide. The keeper saved, but the angle was well against him that time. Fair play to Izale though - the Leeds defence sh*ts itself every time he gets the ball!
