Anyone else experiencing this? Phone queue has been full and hangs up automatically – has been the same story since 9am this morning. I'm absolutely raging. £250 I've paid – on SUNDAY – and they can't send me a piece of paper on time.
What am I supposed to do? If I can't get through by 2pm then I will have no tickets for Sunday and be out of pocket. Disgraceful.

You will eventually get through on the phone, it was always going to be busier this morning than as the day goes on.
Tickets@cafc.co.uk is the email you need - I'll PM you a couple of other private email addresses of people in the ticketing team that really helped me for the Semi Final.
Otherwise, has your post been today and also there is still tomorrow....

No mate not the only one in the same boat. I am at work and least after 3 e-mails have had a reply suggesting that if when I get home and no tickets then phone that 034 number which should be open until 9pm then ask to have duplicates printed. well not much good if you cannot get through. I almost feel that they have just one part time person answering the phone, if not then tens of thousands have not received our tickets.

What is going on with the number Charlton supplied in case we haven’t received the tickets? I’ve tried ringing them 3 times today but the answer message states they’re in a queue and to try later. I’m out of the Country at the moment and won’t get back till early hours Sunday morning so I really hope the tickets have arrived in the post because obviously I can’t rely on the number the club supplied.

Keep ringing the number immediately after you receive the message about ringing back later. You will eventually get in the queue, don't give up. It was about 35 mins for me this morning before I connected.

I’m hoping my tickets are waiting on the mat when I arrive, otherwise I could be up shit creek! Not sure how many tickets you're expecting and the cost but there will be a large number of tickets being sold and exchanged in the pubs near the ground tomorrow and prices will fall, not rise. Scant consolation but you'll see the game. |

Been trying to contact them for ages and it’s getting ridiculous now.
I’m out of the Country but don’t get back till early hours Sunday Morning. I don’t suppose if we’re able to collect the tickets in case they don’t arrive in the post and you don’t get any emails or call them?
