Should be playing for Cray Valley at Wembley in the FA Vase final.
Congratulations to the Liverpool hat trick hero and his team mates.

Congratulations to them, but I'm disappointed as a sponsor of Canterbury City. Would have been there today, but on holiday. Only one more chance of getting to Wembley now COYR.

Pleased for Kevin but disappointed for Canterbury, my son was part of the team that was the resurrected City a few years ago and was looking forward to seeing the current team at Wembley. Oh well, it will be the mighty reds now 😁

There is a campaign to get the club their own ground again, which I have a small involvement with, this cup run has helped put on the pressure, but a Wembley appearance would have been great.

I feel we have this conversation before 🤔 He played in a short lived youth squad ( which I helped set up ) before the club folded. And then was one of the original team ( along with Ben Brown ) to start the journey up through the leagues. If you want to find the reason the club is treated like a pariah look no further than the Tory councillors who are in the back pockets of the great and good of Canterbury living in their big houses near the hospital,
