As long as he keeps his temprament in check, I think we have signed a very competent CH there.

Poor signing IMO - unless he has learned to curb his behaviour.

No problem with his footballing ability, but his temperament has always been an issue. I hope BP realises this.

Poor signing IMO - unless he has learned to curb his behaviour. Lets be fair though Royston if we signed Messi your Victor Meldrew alter ego would find something negative to say. Is it only me who remembers what a hot headed fool Derek Hales could be at times ? but he is a hero of many CAFC supporters to this day. The proof of the pudding etc.

Good footballer, bad attitude. Let's hope Peeters can keep him in check.
Gomez and Bikey at the back looked solid against St Truiden

I would like to say he is shit.Washed up, what did we buy him for? Moan, moan, fifteen pounds for a friendly, moan moan.Too many foreign players, whinge, whinge.RD what has he done for us, wibble wibble. I don't know why some people bother getting out of bed in the morning.
It is a lovely sunny day in Cyprus and all is good with the world.
Welcome Andre.

Have a quick look on You Tube at Bikey's previous, which include assaulting a ref, assaulting medical staff, and many red cards for violent behaviour. That is the only reason he # may # be a poor signing ...he won't be on the pitch enough for us #Idon'tbelieve it

I was concerned to start with. Then I realised that it said Bikey, not Pikey.

Looking forward to seeing him play. Clearly he's got issues with his temperament, but hopefully we can keep that in check. We know for sure there's not a striker who'll be able to out-muscle him at least. He needs to turn out better than Dorian for this to look like a good deal.
I'd like to see us sign another quality, faster centre back. Then we'd have him, Morro, Bikey and Gomez to pick between, which would do for me.

We've lacked proper tough guys for years. Like this signing. Would like to see a similar enforcer in midfield and big bloke upfront.

It's blatantly clear that besides being a good player, one of his key duties is to mentor Joe Gomez. I think he can offer Joe a lot. Look at his record, without looking at his discipline, and it's quite impressive.
25 Caps for Cameroon Extensive English experience Experience playing at different levels all throughout Europe
I swear, nothing will make Royston happy aside from us purchasing Messi, Ronaldo and Rooney!

Daft comment. Gomez is a potential jewel in the crown, surely he needs a good role model playing alongside him at his age ? Otherwise he might think it is ok to assault refs, staff, and teammates?

People change you know. In my youth I used to go around punching people. But I grew up and I don't do it anymore, although I could make an exception for some people. I have got a novel idea, why don't we wait and see,if and when it happens, then judge him? I know it is a bit of a radical idea but let us run with it.
