www.southlondon-today.co.uk/Sport.cfm?id=22917I agree Jordan! Absolutely nothing to be jealous of. Our short sighted fans saw it fit to give player of the year to a 19 yr old whom came into the team in January & played 20 games. Whereas another youngster played a his first full season of +40 games scoring twice & putting in great shifts throughout. Looking forward to seeing Cousins progress in the middle this season.

He is definitely not a RM so hopefully will be played in the middle again. Very promising and grounded player. FYI fatscholes I voted Jackson for sentiment

Cousins also got into the England U21's team last season, don't think there is anything to be jealous about.

Sounds like a very level headed young man with his feet firmly on the ground. Good luck to him for the coming season.

Well said Jordan and remember young man you are part of our future - Poyet isn't.

He's a good lad and based on his first 10 or so performances for us, he would have got my POTY vote. Being stuck out on the right didn't suit him at all, but he did his best and never complained, so I can't wait to see him back in the middle with Buyens next season.

Whenever he speaks you realise what a decent and grounded young footballer he is.

Whenever he speaks you realise what a decent and grounded young footballer he is. Probably because in Jordans case he quite literally came from nothing. He's using his salary to help support his mom as well, what a lovely lad.

I stood in Bartram's arguing with a guy who said that Poyet should get POTY, well I'm not one to crow but everything I said may happen has happened ( cock a doodle doo ) and I still firmly believe all those who voted for him where short sighted fools.

I didn't vote for him, but I thought he was our best player in pretty much every home game from when he came into the side until the end of the season, so I can understand why people did.
