That will just be a standard date to fill the space while waiting for TV to confirm what it is.
It will either be the late game on BT on the Saturday or the 12.45 kick off on the Sunday (ITV).

Think it's all sorted? Arsenal is the Sat early kick-off on BT sport, Man City is the Sunday game, and we are one of the two games that ko at 3pm Saturday.

Nope, all four games are on tv, and so there is still the late Saturday and early Sunday slots to fill.
Can't imagine it will take long to decide so assume it will be announced in a day or 2, but until then anything that shows fixtures will just show a default time ie. 3pm Saturday

Will be a bloody nightmare if it is. The first train from London to Sheffield on a Sunday gets in at 12.30...

Sunderland v Hull would make more sense for the Sunday Geographically.

Still awaiting confirmation on the day and time slot. Quite a few fans are assuming it will be Saturday at 17:30pm. There are other slots like Sunday lunchtime but who is to say that it won't be 3pm on Saturday and not on TV?

Just hearing ITV have picked Sunderland -v- Hull to be shown 13.30pm Sunday which leaves one slot left to fill which is at 17:15pm on the Saturday HOWEVER Chelsea v Spurs kicks off at 17:30pm live on SKY and I can't see ITV4 or BT putting our game on at the same time because viewing figures it will be affected by it which will leave the Friday Night which will be terrible or a none televised game at 3pm on Saturday which would be perfect. The good news is that BT Sports have already got a scheduled game for the Friday night, Dartford v Chester, they won't show two games. www.thefa.com/thefacup/fixtures[/quote]

The game that TV forgot......
Shame that we will miss out on the £250k TV fee but agree Sat 3pm would be a perfect time to play

When the draw was made the 8th and 9th of March were stipulated as the dates that the games would take place therefore I doubt very much they can divert away from those dates two weeks later.

BBC, SKY, The FA all giving it as a 3pm Kick off on the Saturday now as opposed to two of them giving it as a TBC earlier today.

The 3pm kick off will just be a default filler on the page, while waiting on tv to decide. The game is on TV, it will now just be decided which slot it will be in, the Friday night on or Saturday evening. I imagine it will be Saturday.

Bt Sport do have the option of still paying out the TV money but not showing the game. It won't be the Friday night as there are Internationals on the Wednesday that Reza, Wiggins and Church may be be involved in.

To be honest would suit me if it was Saturday 3pm, but I can make it whenever really (with a little bit of rearranging plans) so not overly bothered. Hope for atmospheres sake its 5.45 on the Saturday. That would be awesome.

Too much drinking time, Sheffield Police won't fancy thousands of Londoners on the piss all day, it could turn silly, personally 3pm on the Saturday would be the perfect scenario, plenty of time for Addicks to get there have a good drink and still get home at a decent hour.

There's not even a train from London to Sheffield that gets in before 12! First one would arrive at 12:07 , utter disgrace!

A few thoughts from my end... We were always going to be the least attractive tie so tv were going to give us the crappy end of the stick. Plus, it's better than not being in the cup. Sure, it could have been better but, lets not lose the plot here.

Can't even get there on public transport from Wrexham 2 hours away.
The magic of the FA Cup eh? The competition that sold it's sole to the TV companies.
